Grateful for having the privilege of attending the India International Disputes Week 2026- an intellectually stimulating and enriching experience.

A particularly memorable highlights of the week was witnessing the inauguration of the Chandigarh International Arbitration Centre (CIAC) by the Hon’ble CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA himself, marking an important milestone for the dispute resolution landscape in our region. The establishment of such an institution reflects the growing commitment towards strengthening international arbitration in India and creating robust, accessible platforms for efficient dispute resolution.

The discussions throughout the week were thought provoking. The Hon’ble distinguished judges, international scholars, and arbitration professionals shared their insightful wisdom on various domains including,
-evolving global practices,
-institutional frameworks,
-the future of dispute resolution.

For me this event provided the experience which served as a meaningful reminder of how collaborative dialogue, shared expertise and institutional development can shape the future of the field.

Looking forward to seeing the Chandigarh International Arbitration Centre emerge as a vibrant hub for international and domestic dispute resolution.
